Delivery

When will I get my order?

  • Usually, it takes 3-4 working days to process an order after which it’s shipped out.
  • There are some exceptions where an order may ship out later than four (4) days. If this is the case for your order, then the estimated delivery date presented at checkout will take the actual ship date into account.
  • Following are our shipping partners:
  • Australia Post
  • Star Track

Shipping time will be made available to you by the courier company when your order gets shipped. Shipping charges will be added at the time of checkout.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please Note: Due to the current scenario of the pandemic COVID-19, there might be some delays, but your product and your money are in safe hands.

  • Our fulfilment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.   

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

Do you Ship outside of Australia?

No, currently we only ship within Australia. However, we will expand our services to other nations in future.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?

If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at orders@hnysleepwear.com.au at the earliest. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.

Please note: No refund will be issued in case of the wrong shipping address. Please refer to our return and refund policy to know more.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:   

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them   

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at  orders@hnysleepwear.com.au with your order number.    

Please note:

  • No replacement will be provided if you have entered the wrong delivery address while placing the order.
  • We will only send a free replacement if we found out that the mistake was made on our end.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at  orders@hnysleepwear.com.au.   

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at  orders@hnysleepwear.com.au within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order with photos/videos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
