How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to ship every order within one business day. A tracking number will be supplied to you by email once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
We certainly do! International shipping rates vary on the region and will be shown at the checkout. We also offer free international shipping on certain order values.
What is your return policy?
At hny, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, we will gladly provide a refund. If your sleepwear doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size once you return the item. Please note that for all other returns, we can only issue store credit. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any issues to make sure you find your perfect fit and style.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for international orders at this time.
What are your sizing options?
We currently offer sizes XS through to 2XL. However, we are aiming to expand our range into larger sizes and are happy to take requests for custom sizes in the meantime. Please email us if you are looking for a size that currently is not stocked.
